Meet the Dietitian
Hi, I’m Mary Bremer, a registered dietitian with four years of experience working in clinical nutrition. I’m so excited to bring what I’ve learned to Creighton and help students navigate the sometimes overwhelming world of food and wellness.
I know how busy college life can get, so my goal is to make nutrition feel approachable and manageable. Whether you’re juggling classes, late-night study sessions, or just trying to figure out what to eat in the dining hall, I’m here to help. From navigating food allergies or special diets to creating easy ways to eat healthier in the dining halls, I love finding solutions that work for you.
I’m passionate about fostering a campus culture where food is both enjoyable and inclusive. I love creating engaging workshops, launching exciting nutrition programs, and collaborating with other campus departments to host fun, wellness-focused events that bring the community together.
When I’m not working, I spend time with my family, including my husband and our dog, Salvy. We love taking Salvy on walks and playdates and exploring new restaurants around town. I also enjoy staying active at the gym, spending time outdoors, and cozying up inside with a new crochet project.
I’m excited to connect with you, share ideas, and be a resource to help you thrive during your time here at Creighton!
