Developed by a team of chefs and registered dietitians, Mindful dishes feature satisfying portions of delicious foods with fewer calories. Simple Servings
Navigating campus dining with dietary restrictions can be stressful. Simple Servings takes the worry and confusion out of dining on campus by providing safe, delicious choices for diners with food allergies or gluten intolerance. Simple Servings excludes milk, eggs, wheat, soy, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, and gluten from menus, which change daily. For more information, visit the Simple Servings station inside Brandeis Dining Hall.
Gluten-Free
A variety of gluten-free items across campus can accommodate customers with foods free from gluten-containing ingredients and protected against cross-contact with gluten.
Vegetarian
Vegan offerings contain no meat, fish, eggs, milk, or other animal-derived products such as honey.

Students with special needs are expected to communicate their dietary restrictions and requirements to the Dining Team.
We take pride in serving you wholesome ingredients, preparing recipes accurately, and providing nutritional analysis and ingredient statements through our online menus and nutrition calculator. From our general manager to our front-line servers, we work carefully to address food allergies, celiac diets, or other special dietary needs.
